assembly and set up
You'll receive the tiptap devices pre-assembled with our ready to tap signage. If you choose to customize your signage it's easy to remove the tiptap devices, attach your custom sign, and re-attach the tiptap devices. Don't worry, it’s very simple thanks to our patented gasket design!
After connecting your signage with the tiptap devices to the PVC pipes, you'll attach the pipes to the floor stand as outlined in the included assembly instructions.
shipping and returns
On average, it takes 7-9 days to receive your shipment after placing your order. You'll also receive a pre-paid return shipping label to use when you're ready to ship the tiptap device back to us.
