assembly and set up

You'll receive the large counter display fully assembled with our ready to tap signage. If you choose to customize your signage it's easy to remove the tiptap devices, attach your custom sign, and re-attach the tiptap devices. Don't worry, it’s very simple thanks to our patented gasket design!

shipping and returns

On average, it takes 7-9 days to receive your shipment after placing your order. You'll also receive a pre-paid return shipping label to use when you're ready to ship the tiptap device back to us.
